Cafe Adam has quickly become a sanctuary for quality food and drink. Coupled with excellent service, a reservation at cafeADAM is sure to be memorable. Located in the unofficial heart of the Berkshires, Great Barrington-Massachusetts. Locally owned the cafe opened in the summer of 2006. Chef /Owner Adam Zieminski has created a welcoming space to present original cuisine.

Diners will be plesed to find a varied dinner menu featuring local produce and both classical and modern cooking techniques. Dishes such as hand-rolled fettucine, braised meats, bouillabaisse, and roasted chicken. A nightly fish is offered. Everchanging selections like Bluefin tuna, Bay of Fundy Halibut, Norweigian Cod depending on the night you never know what you will find coming out of cafeADAM's kitchens. Let your dining experience be punctuated by one of the hosemade desserts made by their pastry chef. Traditional creme brulee, chocolate molten cake, profiteroles, ice creams, local peach and rhubarb cobbler and exotic sorbets are all available.
The Cellar
Matched by an articulate wine list offering selections from around the globe. Whether you are after a 1er Cru or a decent Vin Table you will find it at cafeADAM. The list is heavily rooted in France offering choices from Cote D'Or, Bordeaux, Beaujolais, Cahors, Provence the Loire, Champagne, Jura, Gigondas, Pays de Vin, and the Rhone. Also a nice Italian selection featuring Bardolino, Teroldego, Barbera and Brunello. You will also find bottles from Germany, Hungary, Austria, California, Oregon and South Africa.
Beer drinkers fear not the cafe also cellars an eclectic collection of stouts, ales, and lagers from all over the world. Many of them offered in the full bottle size as you would expect in Europe. The full bar is also available boasting the best Bloody Mary and many seletions of apperitifs, cocktails, and cordials.
