Dishes such as hand-rolled fettuccine, braised local meats, new england bouillabaisse, bistro steak frites, and lamb are available. The signature burgers are made from beef raised on Whippoorwill farm in Salisbury CT. An everchanging fish special is offered each night with selections like Atlantic tuna, Rhode Island Striped Bass, Georges bank cod, French durade, Alaskan halibut, and Faroe Island salmon. Sustainable fishing practices and ultra fresh shellfish are sourced from many fishmongers.
