Cafe Adam is a sanctuary for quality food and drink. Coupled with excellent service, a reservation at cafeADAM is sure to be memorable. Located in the unofficial heart of the Berkshires, Great Barrington-Massachusetts. Locally owned the cafe opened in the summer of 2006. Chef /Owner Adam Zieminski has created a welcoming space to present original cuisine.
Gourmet Lives Here...
Diners will be pleased to find a varied dinner menu featuring local produce and both classical and modern cooking techniques. Dishes such as hand-rolled fettucine, braised meats, bouillabaisse, and roasted poussin chicken. Steaks are aged to perfection and fowl is confit and roasted whole. A nightly fish is offered. Everchanging selections like Bluefin Tuna, Rhode Island Striped Bass, French Durade, Bay of Fundy Halibut, Norweigian Cod- depending on the night you never know what you will find coming out of cafeADAM's kitchens. Let your dining experience be punctuated by one of the hosemade desserts made by their pastry chef. Traditional creme brulee, chocolate molten cake, profiteroles, ice creams, local stone fruit cobbler and fresh sorbets are also available.
